Great product, challenging company to work with

The light is beautiful! It is a perfect fit for the decor of my new home. It also seems to be of very high quality.

It was an extreme challenge working with Hubbardton Forge (via Croft&Little). Unexpectedly, the light came in two separate shipments. The tracking numbers provided for each did not work until AFTER the product on at my doorstep. Since the date was a surprise, the second package sat at my door for a week because I was out-of-town (and this was right after I received a message that it was delayed 4-6 weeks). Finally, the installation instructions included did not correspond to the model I bought.

While I love the light and have been looking at others from this company, I will have to think long and hard before buying from Hubbardton Forge (online) again.
