This is really a beautiful lamp, well constructed and solid. It's a knockoff of an old Kaiser Idell lamp from the 1930s, and a very faithful reproduction with modern convenience--two brightness settings that don't require a special bulb.

Shipping was fast, even though the site initially said it would take a few weeks. A really good experience overall.

C-Arm is very functionable, and dual settings provide the perfect amounts of light, dim or bright. Cool industrial feel, definately one-of-a-kind. Very durable.

This lamp, for its price, is an excellent value. It is precision made with quality materials. It has a solid feel throughout, from its heavy base to its precision switching. It comes very well boxed to survive any postal beating. Retro design is an easy blend with older or contemporary furniture. A solid, well-made, and nicely designed fixture that is a real bargain for the price.
